Joey Belladonna, former lead
singer of the legendary group Anthrax from 1985-92 and 2005-06, has been
featured on over 10 albums that have sold over 8 million records worldwide.
During that time, Belladonna has shared the stage with Iron Maiden, Metallica,
Megadeth, Kiss, Ozzy Osbourne, Black Sabbath, Slayer, Alice in Chains, Dio,
Public Enemy, Living Color, Primus, Motley Crue, Bon Jovi, Whitesnake, Testament,
Overkill, Exodus, Helloween, Rob Zombie, Judas Priest and many others. Also
during this time Joey sang the National Anthem at Madison Square Garden
and the Metro Dome in Minnesota for the NFL’s Minnesota Vikings. In
1988 he starred in the underground cult classic film, "Pledge Night".
While Belladonna was with Anthrax, the band was nominated for three Grammy
awards, appeared on the Fox sitcom Married with Children, and was voted
#1 metal singer two years in a row by Metal Forces Magazine.
In the mid to late '90s, Joey Belladonna released his first two solo
albums with great press and reviews from around the world. After his successful
worldwide reunion tour with Anthrax in 2005-06, Joey is now onto his solo
project.
With a world tour for 2008 entitled NEVER LOOK BACK, Joey has recruited
a new powerhouse band and is currently working on a new Belladonna album
to be release in the fall of 2008.
